Can I make changes to my order after submitting it? +
We allow changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and adjustments may not be possible.
How do I pay for my order? +
Once you submit your order, we'll contact you directly with payment details and confirm your custom shoe design.
How long does it take to receive my shoes? +
Custom orders typically take 7-14 working days to complete, depending on your design and material. You'll get updates every step of the way.
What if my shoes don't fit? +
We aim for a perfect fit, but if there's an issue, we'll work with you to make necessary adjustments and ensure your satisfaction with our fit correction process.
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the shoes are unused and in their original condition. Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns are for exchange only.
