These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ilisabawn website and the purchase of our custom handmade leather shoes crafted in Lagos, Nigeria. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, availability, or content of the website, or use it in any way that could harm Ilisabawn or other users.
2. Custom Orders
Every Ilisabawn shoe is handcrafted specifically to your selected size, measurements, and design preferences. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including measurements and customization details, is accurate.
Because every pair is custom made for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Production begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Ilisabawn reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed and fully paid orders will not be affected by future price changes.
4. Production Timeline
Standard production typically takes 7-14 working days, depending on the selected design, materials, and current production schedule. During busy periods, production may require additional time.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver throughout Lagos, across Nigeria, and internationally where available. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service handling your shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, Ilisabawn is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist where reasonably possible in resolving delivery-related issues.
6. Exchanges & Returns
Exchange requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes remain unused and in their original condition. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Ilisabawn.
Because every pair is custom handmade to your specifications, refunds are not available. Approved requests may qualify for an exchange or fit adjustment where applicable.
7. Measurements and Fit
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We strongly recommend following our Size Guide before placing an order.
Ilisabawn is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer. If adjustments are required, we will advise on the most appropriate solution.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including photographs, product designs, logos, text, graphics, branding, and other materials, remains the intellectual property of Ilisabawn unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ilisabawn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, our products, or our services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
