These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ilisabawn website and the purchase of our custom handmade leather shoes. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website's security, functionality, or content.

2. Custom Orders

All Ilisabawn shoes are custom-made to your selected size, measurements, and design specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted information, including size and design preferences, is accurate.

Because each pair is handcrafted specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed as instructed before production begins. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

Ilisabawn reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed and paid orders will not be affected.

4. Production Timeline

Standard production time is approximately 7-14 working days, depending on design complexity and material availability. Timelines may vary during peak seasons.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Lagos, nationwide in Nigeria, and internationally where applicable. Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and destination.

Once an order is dispatched, Ilisabawn is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.

6. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the shoes are unused and in original condition.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds are not available. Approved returns qualify for exchange only.

7. Feet and Measurement Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We recommend using our Size Guide before placing an order. Ilisabawn is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, text, and branding, is the property of Ilisabawn and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ilisabawn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
